Hi I’m Aimee Bateman, founder and CEO of and this course is about a topic I am so passionate about, your personal brand.

You may have heard that buzzword, that terminology over the last couple of years. Ultimately, your personal brand behind your back, when you are not in the room. This is something I’ve spent a long time working on. Over the last couple of years, I’ve traveled to many places delivering keynotes and seminars on this topic, but not because I read a book or just attended a course. I did those things, but because I actually did it.

Six years ago I was a recruitment consultant from Barry Island and nobody really knew my name. Now I have over 17 million hits of youtube, lots of twitter followers, amazing client that I always wanted to work with, fabulous staff and a global business. I made sure I did things online and offline that ensured people wanted to work with me, before they had met me, before they had even spoken to me.

Now I want that for you. When you see that dream job out there, you’re going to get it. When you want to work with that client, you’re going to get it and you’re going to beat the competition.

So come with me on this course and I’m going to show you exactly how to make that happen.

Thanks to this course, I am fully influenced and convinced why personal branding really matters, how it leads my career to the desired direction and why I should use my social media accounts much more effectively. The course starts with a great self-awareness content as a base for personal branding and Aimee perfectly guides your self-discovery via her questions and experiences. This course became my reference guide on self-awareness and personal branding that I should check periodically. Thanks Aimee!

Fantastic course for job seekers, new to role AND those people looking to stretch their personal development. Aimee 'holds the mirror up' in her own unique way so that you can get comfortable with taking steps to define and decide what you want your personal brand to be in an authentic way. It's gold dust - you'll be left wondering why you hadn't discovered this much sooner.

This course was truly insightful in such an important area of career development. Having just started my first graduate role, this video gave me some real tangible aspects to think about around my personal branding, and how I want to show up for the next 40+ years of my career. I believe this course can be useful for anyone keen to be highly successful in their career. I have already started the process of gathering feedback from colleagues and close friends to be able to genuinely reflect on how I am perceived by others. Aimee's discussion about how social media can enhance, or hinder, your personal brand was a personal favourite for me. It's all too true that it plays a pivotal part, and has definitely given me food for thought on how I can be using my platforms more effectively!
