I know there have been many times over the years where I personally and people I speak to, feel overwhelmed with the pressures. You often hear ‘there just isn’t enough hours in the day’.

Well in this course I’m going to challenge that last statement.

When you know what’s important it’s a lot easier to ignore the other stuff.
