Hi, I’m Diana Brook, author of the mind body and soul workout guide, which is a seven step, 7 week process where I share mindfulness and self awareness methods that have immeasurably improved my own life and the lives of many others.

Six years ago, I stepped into the unknown and made some big life changes. Being a working mum and juggling my career, I know first hand how challenging it can be to find a balance and work and at home. So the only way to make sure that my circumstances didn’t dictate my life, was to make sure my life determined my circumstances.

Taking charge of my own body and my own mind has given me a sense of direction and inner peace. To open up to inner peace, health and wellbeing it’s important to let go of our monologue, which is always centered around past or future. Instead we need to enter into dialogue, where we experience the now. Being in dialogue with the present moment, reminds us that we are greater than our fears, anxieties and our worries. What we say to ourselves unconsciously, becomes what we consciously believe about ourselves. So let’s begin a healthy conversation. 

I’m here to guide you through my go to mindfulness techniques, that will encourage you to take control of your own life, in a way that lasts.     A wonderful resource for anyone interested in, or in need of, mindfulness. As useful for beginners as it is for those of use already practicing. If you are in any way affected by stress, anxiety or low self esteem, PLEASE give this a go. The practice of mindfulness has helped me in many situations in recent life and, for me, there is no-one better to help you along that path than Diana.

    A great course for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed or, like me, you struggle to silence your inner critic. Some good exercises here too, which I'm looking forward to putting into practice. Thanks Diana!
